This unit focused on course books and lesson materials. It covered both authentic and created materials, as well as material usually presented to teachers, like course books. In particular, it pretend a number of examples of created material and ways to utilize the material in the classroom. The unit also carefully laid out the pros and cons to using a course book, as well as the options available to a teacher when presented with a course book. This was the section I found most useful because it presented excellent options to help cater more to a specific group of students when presented with a course book created for a generic audience.
