The first unit is about teachers and learners, what are the roles and qualities of a good teacher and what characteristics makes a good leaner. A good teacher is a teacher who first of all loves teaching, who is wise, who can motivate leaners, who has good subject knowledge and who has good interaction with the students. There are also several roles of teacher which can be only used in certain stages of a lesson. Teacher can be a manager, an organizer, tutor, assessor, facilitator and a monitor, and if a teacher is really enough experienced he or she can switch their roles in certain part of a lesson. The other part of the unit was about students, which characters makes them a good leaner. For instance, a good learner is a leaner who is willing to ask question, who is eager to learn and accepts his or her mistakes. There are also a division of students by age is noted. There are four age group and the first one is the adult group who contains students above 18 years old. Below this stage is post poverty, who are the most difficult to dealt with, age of whom is plus 13. The next age group is students from 8 to 12 years old. Finally, the last group is under 7 years old kids. The good teacher can easily have dealt with all group of the students.
