Naturally, from Unit One, I learnt a lot of things including qualities of a good teacher and how to apply them. different Roles of the teacher were among the things which inspired me much while learning from this unit, especially when it was mentioned how and when to apply them. The unit was much more important to me than ever when i learnt the different types of student and the challenges which raise due to these differences. In fact, getting to know much about someone you teach, for instance, age, level of the learner, culture and ability to cope with you to know if the leaner needs motivation is one way to achieve your goals in leaning process as this was also mentioned in this unit. this and many other are what I learnt from this unit.
