This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

I have gained so much knowledge and ideas for activities from this course. It is good for me to
review and relearn all of the grammar units because I haven’t encountered these grammar units since I was in middle/high school. I realize that non-speaking students would have more difficulty learning the english language because of its rules and irregularities in rules. By reviewing these units, I would be more comfortable and confident in teaching these lessons to the students. I would also have to be creative with lessons and activities, especially if the classroom doesn’t have internet, computers, or TVs.
I plan to put a lot of what I have learned into action from the various activities and games I have encountered in the units. Teaching lessons without activities would not be beneficial to the students. Students need some hands on experience. Students need to perform an activity after they have learned the lesson so they can further add to their knowledge. I would like to teach in an elementary, middle, or high school class setting so having games, activities, and projects would make the lessons more fun for the students.
