The basic grammar skills taught in this course has been very helpful. They really helped me with the different tense. However what has been the most helpful have been the teaching activities this courses presents. Almost every unit gives 3-4 fun activities that I can try with the students. These were creative and I can’t wait to use them with my students. The lesson plans will be helpful to keep track of what each of my classes. I might be teaching 20-22 classes next year and last year, it was very different to remember what I taught for the previous lesson. It was nice to see the video in unit 10 and it brought to life the do’s and don’ts of teaching a lesson. Even though it was a bit over the top, it was helpful to see the mistakes. Finally, most of all I feel this course has provided me with a higher level of confidence and I can’t wait to go into the classroom and do what I love to do….teach.
