In this unit there are different aspects of reading and listening to help students become comfortable with the language. The more they read and listen, the more opportunities they have to learn more words and expand the vocabulary. This unit stresses the importance of exposing more language to student through reading and writing. By teaching them how to do these things, it also opens up more opportunity for students to read and listen on their own time because they also will gain more of a cultural understanding of the English language.
