This unit talked about the other two basic language skills: writing and speaking. The English language can be pretty difficult when it comes to writing skills only because some languages don't use punctuation or there are words that sound the same but mean different things. This lesson discussed why students may refrain from making mistakes in class. Reasons include: lack of self-confidence, peer intimidation, or the fear of making mistakes just to name a few. Group and pair work can help encourage interaction within the classroom.
