In this unit I learned how to be able to create an effective lesson plan. Prior to this unit, I always wondered how teachers made their lesson plans. But, after reading this unit, I have learned that teachers have their own ways of making their own lesson plan. However, there are certain principles that a teacher must follow to have an effective lesson plan.
I think one of the most important principle in a lesson plan is timing. You as a teacher should know the limit of a subject as you only have a specific time to complete the lesson. And you want to make sure you have covered everything you want to cover on that day. I think that's what makes an efficient teacher.
