When it comes to speaking, I encourage students that although accuracy is important, fluency is better in helping you communicate. I also try to help students build their confidence in speaking without worrying about accuracy.When it comes to writing however, accuracy does play a more important role, otherwise the reader might be confused and would not understand what the writer is trying to say. I implement role-playing and guided speaking activities to help them learn grammar points before moving on to creative speaking activities. Writing usually comes after they had learned how to say the grammar point. Looking at the game examples of this unit, I found out that I have been implementing most of these games already in my classes. I'll definitely use the other games that I had not thought of before to change up the pace of my classes.
