This module is about the characteristics of a good teacher and a good learner. This helped me reflect on how I am as a teacher and as a learner. I agree that a teacher takes on different roles when teaching a class and has to be flexible enough to adjust to the requirements, preferences, and multiple intelligence of his/her students. My take-home from this unit is that, at the end of the day, if you are a teacher, it is not about how good a teacher you are. It is always about how well you are able to motivate and teach your students. The best measure of your ability as a teacher is the progress of your students and how well you are able to motivate them to learn and keep on learning.
