To start the lesson, a teacher can build a good rapport with students simply by learning students' names and during the lesson, a teacher should speak slowly and clearly to get students' attention, also, a teacher's positive and engaging attitude can have a good effect on students' attitude. It won't be effective if a teacher start teaching immediately, there must be an engage phase to help students get familiar with the lesson topic, if students can not get the idea, don't keep repeating the same questions, use more elicitation instead.
