Very difficult on the Phonetic script, and also challenging on the sound dropping, changing and linking question for some reason. I suspect you are correct this will be on of the most challenging to help students overcome. Past, Present and Future tenses will also be a challenge if a teacher is not prepared well in advance. Being able to speak as a native English speaker, yet putting this into a lesson plan will be challenging.
