Some teachers think they only have to act plainly in front of their class due to their only duty is students learning several facts, dates, and in this case, structures, vocabulary, intonation, but what they do not know is that as teachers, we have to involve with them.
As a very notorious example, in the first lesson, the teacher was not interested in getting to know his students and he went forward the class, but in the second one, he introduced himself and gave time to know the students. That is an important step to getting closer to the objectives.
In the second lesson, students were aware of what they were doing, while in the first one, they barely understood their teacher’s objectives and the purpose of the class.
This gives us an important advice on how to get involved with the class and be more proficient teachers.
