Unit 4 details the teaching of English vis vocabulary, grammar, and language functions. Several examples of how different lessons can be structured are given ("straight line, "boomerang," and "patchwork"), as in previous units.
Sample lessons are suggested, as well as piecemeal aspects of what activities may be used at each of the three stages (Engage, Study, Activate), such as story building and role-plating in the Activate stage of grammar lessons.
