Apart from being short and sharp, the content of this unit also has the most valuable information about the use of authentic and created materials, like when and how to use them in the classroom.
I have learnt that authentic materials used by the native speakers are not designed for the EFL students, that they are not graded for levels, and also that more care should be taken for selection. I have also learnt that there is a good opportunity to create teaching materials to supplement or replace sections of a course book.
