This unit focuses on the potential problems that a teacher may have have to face during class and possible solutions for these problems. Teacher must start with building rapport with the students and try to understand their individual level and need. There may be problems like large class, use of native language in the class by the students, reluctant attitude of students, difficulty in listening text etc. These problems can be solved by pair work, role play,using warmers, and above all, making lessons very interactive and interesting.
