This unit was detailed in presenting the various language tests. The importance of tests was illustrated, yet the understanding that a test is not completely indicative of a student's knowledge level was also highlighted. It is important to understand that not all students test well. Becoming familiar my students is an important phase of teaching. The placement and diagnostics tests are great tests for that.
