In this unit, we come across the most common problems that may arise during a lesson and suggestions about how teachers could/should deal with them. The unit covered first lessons, warmers, different levels large classes, use of native language, reluctant students, and difficulty with listening texts. This was the last unit of this module, and I personally felt like it was a great way to finish it. This is because not only it wraps things up marvelously but also helps to reinforce subjects which were revisouly taught in this course. I also think it was a great decision to make the last unit one of the smallest ones, in terms of page numbers, seeing as it makes the learning process lighter and not the least bit tiring.
