There are a lot of factors what help a teacher to manage a class. Teacher should always remember about eye contact during study stage. Eye contact should be avoyed during activities to make student feel confident and free to talk.Gestures are important, they can reduce teacher's talking time and add visual interest. The greater the variation of voice the greater the effectiveness. The name of a student should be use in the end of a question to make all students pay attention on the question. Whole class grouping can make shy students feel uncomfortable. Individual work helps students to become more self-reliant. Pairwork is the most effective as for me. It allows stronger students to help weaker students, make students feel more confident and ready to share ideas. Pair work allows teacher to observe every pair without making other student wait. There are different ways of classroom arangement : orderly rows,circles and horse hoes,separate tables. Teachers should reduce their talking time and writing on the board time. Teachers can give individual attention as long as it doesn't effect other students. Teachers should use simple language for instructions and ask students to repeat or explain the instructions instead of asking "Do you understand?". It's better to demonstrate. Students should help each other and correct each other. A teacher should be positive, calm, have the right manner, be punctual and be consistent and fair.
