This unit addresses the potential problems arising in the management of a class from the newness of a class or group to student natures and behaviours to class sizes as well as specific types of activities that may give students challenges. Additionally, the problem of handling different students who are at different levels of ability or working speeds are also addressed. Typically, an easy solution that is a quick fix is to have additional materials for the stronger/ quicker students or to provide them with additional tasks on the same materials. This ensures that there isn't any large gap built up between the students at different levels of ability.
