This unit focus on how to face the common problem situation that teachers can encounter in the classroom, for the new group of students and the existing or the old group of students. How to deal with clients coming from different cultures and languages with the different levels of learning English language. In this unit also, there are some tips and guidelines on how to handle group of students who are reluctant and have the difficulties in listening abilities. I realized that this is really important for teachers especially for the new one.
