I found the information on teaching business people useful, as I have done this with a group employed by a hotel chain. They are very much like the students in my ordinary classes, i.e., some are really motivated and want a better job and others are there because the employer insists on it. I try to have them act out parts they will play in dealing with clients. I think I still have some confusion regarding Engage, Study and Activate because I believe these parts of the lessons so often overlap -- and here I am talking about general classes of all levels, not just the business program. A reference was made in this chapter to some material on the "Deep End" in Chapter 16 which I could not find.
