Unit 19 is about teaching special types of classes: the absolute beginners, the false beginners, the adult beginner, the young beginner, the beginner without Roman alphabet. I think, as it is told in the lesson, it is always important not to rush through the lesson plan because it is always may be confusing for most of the students on what is going on in the class. Stronger students should be paired with weaker ones in order to help them and not get bored while reviewing the material they have might already leant. As for myself, I think teaching individual students is easier than a group lesson because it makes you focus only on one student during the class and you can easier get to know his/her needs, wants, strengths and weaknesses. In my opinion, teaching business English is easier than teaching children because of their higher concentration and well controlled behavior.
