This unit helps to clarify what defines a teacher vs a learner. It helps me manage my expectations for my relationship with the students and gives me incite as to what makes a good teacher. It goes beyond generic ideas and clearly defines the many "hats" a teacher can expect to wear during a teach session. It helps me understand my audience and how I should be catering to their wants and needs as students.
