In my opinion a good prepared teacher is the one who is a good student at the same time . To make a lesson smoothly blending into its phase , first , the teacher will have to put himself into the student's shoes , that will help to understand better how to teach and how to balance the time around a flexible plan . Then just listen to the students needs and leave the rest remaining information rather for the next time then push it in by jumping other wholes left behind.
