This unit was very interesting and really gives you an insight of what should go on in a classroom. a Teacher can plan for her lesson, but the lesson never goes as planned because you have a lot of children with different personalities, need and want in front of you. a Teacher should be able to think and change your plan quickly if the lesson does not go according to plan so that you still reach the desirable outcomes. This unit explain and shows very clearly that there are different language levels and explain what to expect on each level, a teacher should carefully plan your lessons so that you can accommodate all learners on all levels as the learners will not be on the same level, but you should still keep them motivate. As a teacher you should know all your learners very well and make use you have all the characteristics to be a good teacher and practice theses skills daily so that your learner will want to learn. Well motivated learners will be obedient and will have a drive in them that will help make the lesson fun and they will always cooperate with you. thus it is important to build up a good relationship with your learners and maintain that relationship to help the learner enjoy your classes and to continue attending them. This unit shows the basics things that a teachers should do and have, but these things are the most important and will help you to become a good teacher. the unit focus a bit more on what a teacher should do and expect when you are teaching adult and when your teaching children which is very important as you should know all your learners and know how to deal with them on their age level to get the outcomes that you want to achieve.
