Unit six had a lot of similar content compared to unit four. With that being said, this unit dealt with past tenses. It gave a lot of descriptions on past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. It gave a large list of verbs that have an irregular simple past from because there is no rule to assist the students with this. I was pleased that it mentioned that past perfect continuous is not used as frequently used or taught. Knowing this is good, because then if students are having difficulty with this part of the lesson the teacher might not need to add as much emphasis on it or be too concerned. Chinese native speakers might have a difficult time with this because they have no past tenses, but I could also be wrong.
