It's good to know how to work with different groups of learners and having a strong layout on how to teach them. Though my interest is mainly focused on teaching young learners, those young learners will have other adults in their lives such as a homeroom teacher and the teacher may ask questions about certain topics in English (Especially if I became an ALT). So the ability and the know-how when teaching adults is also incredibly important. The needs analysis in this unit was very interesting and I like how it will sometimes direct the route that my potential classes will go. To fit the needs of working professionals in the English language can help with motivation. Also it's good to know that as business professionals they will be coming to classes after work, so many of them will be tired. The aim would be to keep them engaged by turning the class into a conversation class. It's also a good idea not to give much homework or maybe none at all for business learners.
