I have benefited a lot from this unit as it tells me some of the common problems encountered in the classroom and also suggestions on how to deal with them. There is the new group of students.These are students who don't now each other and it is very important for the teacher to establish a good rapport with them on the first lesson. Teacher should not only rely on textbooks but try to create activities that will give him a great rapport with students and between the student them selves . I also learned about some suggested activities to help tackle this problem. For example; the questionnaire technique where the teacher and students ask simple questions to each other and can also play pass the ball game.
