In this unit, I have learned that a teacher's attitude is very important for the learning success of the students. It is the quality of a good teacher to be kind, patient, and to know all of the students' names. It is also important to be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of individual students. As a teacher, you should check the understanding during each phase of the lesson to ensure that the students understand. Being aware of your etiquette and body language as a teacher is necessary for leading a class. It is also helpful to leave the board work up from the study phase so that students can refer to it when filling out worksheets. In this first video, the instructor erases a portion of the board work and adds words and symbols to it, which can lead to student confusion. In the second video, the teacher conducts the session with flow and effectivity.
