In this unit we learnt about conditionals & reported speech. There are several types of conditionals, such as zero conditional form is if/when + present tense, present tense, First conditional if + present simple, will, second conditional, if + past simple, would/could/might + base form, third conditional if + past perfect, would/could/might + have + past participle and lastly the mixed conditional if + past perfect, would + base form, We also learnt of some teaching ideas which we can use so that the students can practice there conditionals. Lastly we learnt about reported and direct speech. From this unit I learnt the above and will be valuable when teaching.
