Speaking and writing are called the productive skills because the students are applying these skills in order to produce language. Accuracy and Fluency are two factors which can determine the success of the students. Accuracy is the ability to produce correct sentences using correct grammar and vocabulary whereas fluency is the ability to produce language easily and smoothly. Both are equally important.. I. Learned the importance of creating the need and desire for a lesson to be effective and successful. If the students see the point or purpose of doing something then it’s likely that they’re going to participate actively. Speaking activities in the classroom can be controlled, guided or creative communication. In controlled, the teacher controls the language and is accuracy-based. Guided activities, on the other hand, are also accuracy based but are more creative and productive. Creative communication iare activities based on fdeveloping fluency. Writing can be more challenging for students. Correct grammar, spelling, punctuations, layout and penmanship are all taken into account.Good writing skills allow people to communicate their message with clarity and ease to a far larger audience than face-to-face conversations. Writing I believe also provides students and teachers with physical evidence of the students’ achievements and improvements. The manifestations of the language in games and pair or grooup-work activities are encouraging source to learn to speak the language. These assist the students to manipulate the language they learned by presenting them in a certain amount of choice, albeit within a fairly controlled situation.
