This unit covers the different kinds of materials to use in the classroom. I found it particularly useful when it comes to the use of course books. Rather than relying on the course book teachers should add materials to reinforce grammar or even omit material based on the students specific needs. It also provides useful information on how to choose both authentic and created material for the students.
