I have learned that the teacher should be flexible in changing or adjusting his role depending on the class level if he has to manage the class more effectively. The four management functions should be applied carefully, which are planning his work, leading the class, organizing the students as well as controlling them.
Proper eye contact should be used at the right occasion and proper discipline should be instituted when necessary. There should be a balance between TTT and STT. Finally establishing rapport and class spirit is so important if the teacher wants to succeed in his mission.
