I have learnt in this unit that that are various types of beginners .Beginners without the Roman alphabet must learn the alphabet first as it will be so different to their own .False beginners have had some exposure to the English language whereas the absolute beginners have none .When teaching beginners a teacher should be patient and use a lot of visuals.The individual student is a bit easier to teach as the student will be on one level.A teacher should do a needs analysis to see what they know .
When teaching business English the teacher must do a level test and an analysis to get an idea of what the student needs are .
Monolingual students all have the same native language so they can help each other and also their culture is similar to each other ,whereas the multilingual students have no common language but English which can help the teacher as the only similar language they have is English
