1. Before I think a good teacher should love students, but now I have a better understand of love for students. It is very important to love them with pesistance and fairness.Teachers treat every students equally. Every student is unique so as teachers we should discover their strong points and weakness and try our best to help them to develop.
2.There are so many different roles that teachers can have in a class. Which role I shall act in differnt stages of the class and what I need to avoid are clearly presented in the Unit 1 learning material. It is a great opportunity for me to put these into the real class teaching in the future.
3. As a good learner, they need to have the motivation, humble,relective, stong in mind and etc. As a teacher, I should encourage students to foster these attributes. For example, making the class more interesting to get them motivated.
4.Learners are varied in ages and personality. I learned different learners are different in motivation, experience and behavior respectively.So different strategies of teaching should be made for different groups.
5. Regarding the different language level, it facilitate me to better assess learners which level they have got. In addion, different teaching methods should be taken and things to be avoided. For example, to lower level students, more visual teaching material should be used and avoid using too many complicated questions.
