This chapter has been a huge eye-opener for me. I have limited experience with teaching and based my teaching lesson models off of engagement and fun, as well as learning. However, the ESA system is so comprehensive that I will definitely keep using this as a guideline. Moreover, some of the activities listed in this chapter never came to my mind. It is great to have these information pieces as a guideline that will hopefully help me create my own unique lesson plans in the future. I believe that this chapter will have a huge impact on my abilities to not only plan lessons effectively, but also engage with my future students in a positive and encouraging way.
