From this unit I have learn that a good relationship between teacher and his/her students is a key for to be able to pass the knowledge from teacher to student. Possibly it is more easy to teach students which are highly motivated when they start their course but in my opinion a good teacher can motivate almost any student. Every student is different and it is important to listen learners to be able to find their weaknesses without affecting their motivation and work on these, because if they will be able to improve their weaknesses they will feel the results by themselves. It is easier for teacher to do that if he/she loves teaching and if he/she is enthousiastic because, there is no better way to motivate someone than to be motivated. It is important for students to be successful to be able to continue study.
