This unit covers classroom management and how that relates to the various conditions and digs further into the dynamics and the nature of relationship between the Teacher and their students and how that will be conducive or(in the case of mismanagement) non conducive of great and effective learning environment. Seeing all the subtleties and considerations needed in good classroom management is an eye opener especially for new teachers as myself. I have experienced being on the side of both good and bad classroom management, and this unit just reinforces some the really main and key points to the various issues that have to be fully considered. Language learning especially in a school scenario hinges on the Teacher maintaining a well run classroom, because without that, no one can learn, and no Teacher can really enjoy teaching without it. The parts related to discipline and learning to deal with problem behavior rings especially true for me, as in my first year of not being experienced in a foreign school, I learnt the hard way many of the great points of this unit. Especially learning not to get angry and shout, and maintaining the respect and control of your classroom in a balanced way and according to the nature and disciplinary guidelines of the specific school and system you are working in.
