In the first unit I have learnt about, what are the roles, qualities and responsibilities of both teacher and students in the classroom. What makes a good teacher? A good teacher is a teacher who loves teaching, who can motivate learners, who has good a good knowledge and good interaction with a students. There are several roles of teacher. The reality is that some stages of a lesson will be more centered on the teacher and others will be very much more centered on the students. During a typical lesson a teacher will have some, or all, of the following roles ; manager or controller, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, monitor and if the teacher is enough experienced he or she can switch their roles in certain part of the lesson.
In the other part of the unit I have learnt about students. What can makes a good learners? A good learner is a learner who is willing to listen and ask question, who can think about their own learning process and methods. These are qualities that successful learners usually have.
