In this unit, I learnt about reported speech and it’s effect on the intent of what is spoken. This includes the zero, first, second, third, and mixed conditionals; as well as direct and reported speech. The zero conditional involves the use of (‘of/when’+present tense, present tense). The first conditional includes if, present simple, and will. The second conditional includes the addition of would/could while the third conditional adds ‘would/could have’. Options during a lesson to practice the material include roll play, game fills, and split sentences.
