This unit has shown me the importance of preparing lesson plans. Lesson plans help the instructor to stay on track, be able to cover all topics of the lesson, and to ensure each student understands what is being taught, and is not left behind in the lesson. This unit aalso helped me "see" the flow of teaching students a particular lesson, and how to engage them, help them study the different aspects of the lesson, and how to carry out and utilize the knowledge they have just gained.
