In this unit i learnt how to manage class effectively in order to provide comfortable learning process. The teacher must keep in mind placing the students according to the needs of the task and also considering students' personalities and nationalities in class. Also this unit teached how to provide rapport between the teacher and students and among the class, how to maintain discipline while being a friendly and enthusiastic teacher.
