I went through the concept of successful teacher and learner. Observed the importance of collaboration between them. I also learned all tricky situations while working with different ages and levels of students and ways of dealing with them. As the main qualities for a good teacher I more likely to highlight kindness and patience, love for teaching, being lively and entertaining, having a good subject of knowledge and the ability to correct students without offending them or affecting their motivation. The last two points I consider as the most important as they can greatly influence student's future study and progress. Managing, organizing, being a fair and consistent assessor, equal participant and a perfect model are most important roles of teacher as I see. Strong and constant desire, acceptance of error correction, willingness to ask questions, desire to experiment and willingness to listen to the language are main characteristics that make student a good learner. As the greatest differences between adults and young learners I highlighted learning experience that influence on adults and lack of which makes young learners more open-minded to new methods, different level of motivation and attention.
