Unit 13 "Teaching Pronunciation and Phonology" was hard enough. I learned more about the English pronunciation - it also depends on the person who is speaking, where she or he from, etc. Thanks to this unit I refreshed my knowledge of phonology and intonation. I have learned about the techniques for indicating and teaching intonation, about different types of stress and techniques for indicating and teaching stress. It was easy to read phonemic symbols because I was learning them at school. I have learned a lot of new things about humans' articulation and manner of articulation. I think it's essential to know phonology to know how to read and pronounce the words correctly.
