In unit five we learn about classroom management and the different dynamics of arranging the classroom. This is a vital part as it sets up the classroom and aids, grouping the students based on their needs and of the lesson that is being taught. The unit also suggests different strategies on how to correctly deal with behavioral problems during the lesson and how to use discipline if needed. We learned about grouping and how to monitor students, so they are not always sat with their friends and that we can monitor them properly.
