This unit has enlightened me on the different levels of teaching and learners that there are and that it is so important to know what and who you are working with. Reason being that it sharpens your teaching. I have also learnt that it is my responsibility as a teacher to foster good character within myself and encourage my students to do the same. I am to maintain and build the motivation of my students.
