This unit was a good continuation on the unit about present tenses. It built well off of the information I learned in that unit. As I mentioned with that unit, the rules about the different forms are rules that I don’t think about consciously. I tend to go about my day and use the proper forms and tenses without a second thought. Because of this, it is more of a challenge to really consider why I say what I say, and learn how to explain it for someone else. Once again, I like and appreciate that it gives us examples for activities to use with each form. This helps me better understand and conceptualize the information. I also thought the tasks for this unit were more difficult than other units, but that may have been because it was a more challenging unit.
