Pronunciation and phonology require a good amount of listening and speaking practice to grasp. Truthfully, teaching students who to pronounce a word is not as difficult as teaching them how to stress (where to place sound emphasis on the word) in a sentence. The best way for an instructor to overcome the seemingly difficult task of teaching it all is by keeping the lesson or demonstration simple and engaging.
