Unit 5 is very practical and therefore helpful to a teacher. It tells us how to maintain discipline, how to build rapport within the class, how to give instructions effectively,etc. I learned how to use my eye contact and my body language, and how to vary the volume and projection of my voice. I learned how to group the students and arrange the classroom in different ways. I also learned how to avoid turning my back to the students while I am writing on the board. I am enjoying the course!
